Programme Overview

About this Programme

Strategy is taught everywhere and understood less often. This MSc treats it as a discipline with methods: five core management courses put the business fundamentals in place, then ten specialisation courses work through strategy as formulation, implementation, evaluation, and governance, with the case-based approach Rushford uses across its strategy teaching.

The whole degree runs asynchronously on the e-Campus. Fifteen courses of four ECTS each across twelve months, which suits consultants, analysts, and managers whose calendars do not include free weekdays (and whose travel calendars include even fewer). The research methodology inside the leadership block also makes this a sensible stepping stone to doctoral work later.

Rushford Business School, Switzerland, awards the degree. The pace is yours; the discipline is the programme's.

Why GCC Students Choose This Programme

01

Study from your desk in the Gulf

Fully online, no visa, no career break. The degree fits around billable hours, deadlines, and travel.

02

Consulting demand keeps compounding

Consulting engagements keep growing across the UAE, with technology consulting among the fastest-moving lines.

03

National agendas are strategy programmes

Every Gulf government runs multi-year transformation agendas, and they staff them with people who can formulate and track strategy.

04

The skills gap touches analysts too

Across the Gulf, employers keep reporting shortages of qualified candidates, and structured strategic thinking is among the rarest.

05

Twelve months suits senior calendars

The asynchronous format means no sabbatical and no weekend sacrifice beyond what you choose.

06

The MSc reads well on a doctoral path

Research methodology sits inside the degree, which keeps the route to a DBA or PhD open later.

07

Honest take

sixty ECTS in a year is demanding, and asynchronous does not mean passive. Budget the study hours honestly before you enrol, because the people who stall are the ones who assumed otherwise.
