A UK award without leaving home
Qualifi approves centres internationally, so the qualification can be completed in the region and the certificate is still a UK regulated one.
A first proper qualification in business, awarded by Qualifi and regulated by Ofqual. Four core subjects cover how a company works, what it runs on, how it sells and how it handles its people. Finish it and a UK degree becomes reachable.
Note: Duration will be based on your experience and it can be advanced bachelors too which differs from prospects to prospects
Most people arrive at business study from one of two directions. Either they are already working somewhere and want the vocabulary and structure behind what they do every day, or they are weighing up a degree and want something solid underneath them before committing three years. Qualifi built this award with both groups in mind, describing it as a career path for learners developing their capabilities in the business sector.
The four core subjects are deliberately broad. An Introduction to the Business Environment sets the context a company operates in; Business Resources looks at what an organisation actually runs on; An Introduction to Marketing covers reaching customers; and Human Resource Management deals with the people side. Three further subjects sit in an optional group, covering business communication, workplace health and safety, and recruitment and selection.
It carries 60 credits at Level 3 and sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework under number 603/1102/2. Qualifi states two onward routes: a Level 4 certificate, or the first year of a three-year honours degree at a UK university. Teaching is delivered by an approved centre rather than by Qualifi itself.
Environment, resources, marketing and people. You see a business from four sides rather than learning one function in isolation.
Qualifi names the first year of a three-year UK honours degree as an onward route, which turns this into a stepping stone rather than a dead end.
You can be admitted on work experience and clear career goals, not only on a Level 2 certificate.
603/1102/2 appears on Ofqual's register of regulated qualifications, so the award can be verified independently of whoever is selling the course.
Qualifi lists availability as UK and international, so approved centres outside Britain can deliver it.
Beyond the four core subjects sits an optional group covering communication, workplace safety and recruitment.

Q
Qualifi approves centres internationally, so the qualification can be completed in the region and the certificate is still a UK regulated one.
For learners weighing up the cost of studying abroad, a Level 3 diploma is a smaller commitment that still counts towards a degree route.
Regulated qualifications carry a registered number, which helps when an employer or authority wants to confirm what you hold.
The mix of environment, resources, marketing and people maps closely onto what running a small family firm actually involves.
The qualification and its materials are English-medium, which suits the working language of most Gulf employers.
Qualifi sets no duration and no fee. Both come from the centre, so get the timetable and total cost confirmed in writing.

No. Qualifi Ltd is an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual in England. It designs the qualification, sets the standards and issues the certificate, but it does not run classes. An approved centre teaches you and assesses your work, then claims your certificate from Qualifi. That split is normal for vocational qualifications and it is why the course price comes from the centre, not from Qualifi.
Level 3 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework is the level reached by A Levels and similar school-leaving qualifications in England. It sits below higher education rather than inside it. That matters for expectations: this is a foundation in business, not a management qualification, and Qualifi positions it as a route towards Level 4 study or the first year of a degree.
Qualifi publishes that route, naming the first year of a three-year honours degree at a UK university as a progression option. What it does not do is guarantee you a place. Admission is always the university's decision, and different institutions treat Level 3 diplomas differently. If a degree is the goal, speak to the universities you are interested in before you enrol, and ask what they will accept.
Not necessarily. Qualifi lists three ways in: holding a Level 2 qualification, having work experience in a business setting along with clear career goals, or holding a Level 3 qualification in a different subject and wanting to move into business. Entry runs through a centre interview, so the centre makes the judgement on whether you are ready.
Qualifi's qualification page lists three optional subjects but does not say how many are required, which is a genuine gap in the published information rather than something we are withholding. The Centre Specification document will settle it, and your centre can tell you directly. We would rather point out the gap than guess at a number.
Qualifi publishes neither. There is no total qualification time on the page for this award and no learner price anywhere on the site. Your centre fixes both when it schedules and prices the course, and the answer shifts from one country and one study mode to the next. Treat any advertised duration as the centre's figure and ask for the full cost in writing before committing.
