Programme Overview

About this Programme

This MSc blends management, finance, and business operations into the specific shape that new ventures need. Five core management courses come first, then ten specialisation courses focused on venture creation, innovation, and the strategic and financial side of running something new, with a deliberate emphasis on planning, risk mitigation, and the investor conversations founders eventually have to hold.

It runs asynchronously on the e-Campus across twelve months, which suits founders who cannot stop building and managers who are asked to innovate inside companies that predate them (often by decades).

The degree is awarded by Rushford Business School, Switzerland. The venture is yours, and now the odds improve slightly, which in this business matters.

Why GCC Students Choose This Programme

01

Study while the venture runs

Fully online, no visa, no career break. The degree fits around build cycles, not the other way around.

02

The funding is regional and real

Venture capital keeps flowing into UAE startups year after year. Investors are active; credible founders get noticed.

03

Dubai concentrates the ecosystem

Dubai concentrates the UAE's startup ecosystem, and initiatives like the Unicorn 30 programme keep accelerating frontier companies.

04

Corporates pay for innovation skills too

The programme is designed for intrapreneurs as well as founders, and large Gulf employers keep creating innovation roles with real budgets.

05

Twelve months matches founder patience

The target student for an entrepreneurship degree does not want to be a student for two years. This one finishes in twelve months.

06

Risk mitigation earns its keep here

The programme's emphasis on planning and risk mitigation fits a market where most startup mortality is financial, not technical.

07

Honest take

degrees improve odds, they do not remove them. What this one removes is the avoidable kind of failure, the kind that comes from an unpriced unit cost or a botched investor conversation.
