Programme Overview

About this Programme

Hospitality produces excellent operators and, less often, executives who can hold assets, capital, and guest experience in one view at once. This Executive MBA closes that gap. The executive core covers strategy, finance, human capital, and operations, then the coursework turns each of them toward tourism and hospitality: destination economics, asset and revenue strategy, the management of guest-facing organisations at scale, and the sustainability questions that destination governments now write into contracts.

Cohorts are small and senior, mixing hotel general managers, destination executives, events leaders, and F&B operators, which makes the case discussions sound like a regional industry summit with better focus. The degree closes with a graduate research project on a live industry question.

The certificate is awarded by Girne American University, North Cyprus. The occupancy numbers you move afterwards are the only review that counts.

Why Choose

Why Choose This Programme?

01

From operations to ownership of the view

The degree is aimed at senior operators moving toward asset, brand, and destination-level responsibility.

02

A cohort from the industry's top floor

Small, senior, and mixed across hotels, destinations, and events. The room has run busy seasons, and it shows in the discussion.

03

Eighteen months at the outside

Hospitality calendars do not pause for study. Twelve to eighteen months, executive-scheduled, is the version that survives peak season.

04

The research project can move a real asset

Point the final investigation at your own property, destination, or portfolio question, and finish with a case your owners can read.

05

Instalments in dirhams

Monthly AED payments, interest-free, agreed in writing before the programme starts.

06

Support on Gulf time

Sharjah-based advisors in person or on WhatsApp, and a success coach for the whole degree.

An internationally recognised pathway awarded by Girne American University .

Why GCC Students Choose This Programme

01

Study inside the region's busiest hotel market

Fully online, no visa, no career break. Dubai alone held 154,264 rooms across 827 establishments in 2025, and you can study from any emirate in the market.

02

The visitor numbers keep setting records

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism reports 19.59 million international overnight visitors in 2025, up 5% year on year, with average occupancy at 80.7%. Three record years running, and the pipeline keeps growing.

03

Revenue discipline is getting rewarded

Average daily rates in Dubai reached AED 579 in 2025 and RevPAR crossed AED 460, and numbers like that pull executive attention toward professionally trained leadership.

04

The events economy never stops

Between exhibitions, sport, and entertainment, Gulf destinations run a year-round calendar that keeps hiring senior event and destination people.

05

Eighteen months suits the seasons

The delivery bends around peaks, openings, and festivals instead of competing with them.

06

The research project can move your own asset

Finish on a live question from your property or portfolio and graduate with a case your owners have already seen.
