Programme Overview

About this Programme

This MBA is aimed at people who build things: founders, would-be founders, and the corporate managers who are asked to innovate inside organisations that were not designed for it. After the Rushford management core, the specialisation covers startup creation, product and service development, innovation management, technology adoption, and incubation through to growth.

The format respects how these people actually live, which is erratically. Three-week courses, evening sessions, fully online. The capstone can be your own venture plan, a product you are taking to market, or an innovation problem your employer keeps failing to solve. Whichever you bring, the degree ends with it worked through.

The certificate names Rushford Business School, Switzerland. The venture it should help you build is the part no one can grade.

05

Dirham instalments, interest-free

Why GCC Students Choose This Programme

01

Study while you build

Fully online, no visa, no career break. The degree fits around a startup's chaos or a corporate calendar.

02

MENA's money is here

Venture capital keeps flowing into UAE startups year after year. Capital is looking for credible operators.

03

Dubai concentrates the ecosystem

Dubai concentrates the UAE's startup ecosystem, with fintech, proptech, and AI leading the deal flow. The network effects of studying here are real.

04

Government programmes are accelerating founders

Initiatives like the Unicorn 30 programme are fast-tracking frontier companies toward billion-dollar valuations, and they want founders who can defend a business plan.

05

Corporates are hiring innovators too

The specialisation is designed for intrapreneurs as well as founders; large Gulf organisations pay for innovation roles with actual budgets.

06

The capstone is your venture

Bring your own startup plan or your employer's innovation problem and finish the degree with it worked through to a defendable state.

07

Honest take

no MBA guarantees a company survives. What this one does is replace the expensive mistakes with studied ones, and on the Gulf's failure statistics, that trade is worth taking.
